Photography Booking Policies

The Moment You Earned. Captured with Care.

My goal is to provide an experience that’s creative, comfortable, and respectful of your time. These policies exist to protect both you and me, ensuring every session runs smoothly and that you receive the full attention and quality you deserve.

I value honesty, communication, and professionalism. If you have any questions or concerns about your session or these policies, please reach out to me directly.

Payment

• A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Your session will not be reserved until the deposit is received.

• The remaining balance is due one week before your session date.

• You’ll receive a reminder when payment is due, and the details will also appear on your invoice and contract.

Travel and Venue

• Locations more than 30 miles from my departure point may include a travel fee. This will always be discussed and agreed upon before your session.

• Clients are responsible for securing venues or necessary permits for their chosen location (especially public areas such as parks or campuses).

• If access cannot be granted or we’re asked to leave the location, and no permit was obtained, no refund will be issued.

Arrival and Punctuality

• Please plan to arrive on time for your session.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $30 late fee will apply and must be paid before shooting begins.

• Sessions begin at the scheduled time, not at arrival, so arriving on time helps you make the most of your experience.

Extra Time Policy

• Each session is scheduled for a specific time frame.

• If the shoot extends beyond the scheduled time, an additional $50 fee per 30 minutes will be charged.

• Payment for extra time must be made before continuing the session.

Revisions

• All sessions include two complimentary revision requests.

• After the second revision, an additional $10 per hour will be charged for further adjustments.

• You’ll always be notified before any additional charges are applied.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If I need to cancel your session, you’ll be notified at least two days in advance and receive a full refund.

• If you need to cancel, please do so within two days of paying your deposit to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made after two days of paying your deposit will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Free rescheduling is available for weather, unsafe conditions, or health-related reasons that prevent the session from taking place.

In the Event of Data Loss

While photography is a creative process, it also relies on technology. In the rare event of equipment failure, hard drive damage, or data corruption, a full refund will be provided.

Session Guests

• Each session allows up to three participants.

• A $25 fee applies for each additional guest or participant.

Photo Delivery

• Final photos are delivered digitally through WeTransfer or Google Drive.

• Turnaround time and the number of edits depend on the package you select.

Liability and Understanding

Photography is both an art and a technical process. On rare occasions, materials, devices, or other factors may impact results. By booking, you acknowledge that I am not liable for unforeseen defects or losses beyond my control and waive claims for negligence, breach of warranty, or distress.
